Lash extension aftercare
Make them last. The 6 things that keep your lash extensions looking their best between fills, from Amanda Law at Dangerous Looks in Victoria BC.
- Wash your lashes daily with lash shampoo.
- Skip oil-based makeup and skincare around your eyes.
- Sleep on your back where you can.
- Don't pick or pull at your lashes.
- Brush them with the spoolie I give you.
- Avoid extreme heat like hot ovens and blow dryers, which can singe the ends.

Fills
Every 2 to 4 weeks
Fills every 2 to 4 weeks keep your set full. You'll still have about half your extensions; I replace the ones that have shed and the ones that have grown out.

Aftercare questions
Will extensions damage my lashes?
No. Applied properly, extensions are gentler than curling and mascara every day, and they shouldn't cause any fallout.
How often do I need fills?
Every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.
